A URL goes from one of your devices to another, through the PushArmor relay. It is end-to-end encrypted. Your device Relay relays only data it cannot read Your other device
Each message is encrypted on the sending device for the receiving device. Our relay server and the push services carry encrypted data only. Only your receiving device can ever read it.

End-to-end encrypted

Each device makes its own keys, and the private keys never leave it. All of your data is always end-to-end encrypted, and can never be read by the server or anyone else.

Your own devices only

Messages can only ever be read by the devices you paired on your own account. You pair each new device once, by checking that both screens show the same short fingerprint. There are no contacts and no strangers.
